From the highway E20 there is 6½ km to Nilehøj in Vigersted. Drive to Ringsted Ø exit 35, and follow route 14 towards Roskilde. By Ortved turn right onto Rusgårds bakke which will take you straight to Vigersted. We live at Vigersted Bygade 45-47, neighbor to the church and local community center. Nilehøj is only the large white house in the area.

Coming from the north via Holbaek highway, we recommend that you take exit 13 to Ringstedvej and drive along Route 14 towards Ringsted. It’s about a 20 km drive to Nilehøj from exit 13. Turn left after Ortved onto Rusgårds bakke as described above.

Vigersted is served by public transportation and is intersected by 2 buslines between Ringsted and Roskilde and between Ringsted and Borup. Both bus lines are connected to trains to/from Copenhagen and Jutland.

Bus 408 has hourly services between Ringsted Station and Borup Station during weekdays between 6am and 20pm. The bus does not run in the evening and on weekends. Nilehøj is located 200 meters from the bus.

You can catch trains from Borup and Ringsted stations to/from Copenhagen, Funen, Jutland and Næstved/Nykøbing. At Ringsted station, you can also taxi just 11 km to Nilehøj while Borup station is 6 km away. Borup holds very few taxis.
